Terms and Conditions - Saas-Fee Autumn Sessions 2026

Pipe

"Dual Sessions" will be from 5th October 2026 - 26th October 2026

" Session 1" will be 5th October 2026 - 15th October 2026

"Session 2" will be 16th October 2026- 26th October 2026

Slope 

Slopestyle session will be October 5th – October 16th 2026

The halfpipe and private pro line areas will be for the exclusive use of our participants throughout all sessions.

Payment must be made in full 14-days prior to the first day of the sessions. Park/Pipe access lanyards will not be available until proof of payment has been received.

Lift tickets for 2026 are to be purchased directly through Saas-Fee at the ticket window. 

Athletes, coaches, media and other support staff/persons must carry park access lanyards at all times.

Stomping Grounds Projects cannot be held responsible for weather, snow conditions or any other external factors affecting the ability to ride.

Each session is a 10 day window. We do not guarantee the ability to ride every day, this is weather dependent. 

Together with Saastal Bergbahnen a decision has been made that will not allow any snowmobile laps nor the provision of a sled lane for this purpose for the 2026 Stomping Grounds sessions. No individual or team will be permitted to rent, organise or bring their own snowmobiles for this purpose. 

 

All invoices are in Australian dollars based on the exchange rate on the day of invoice unless otherwise noted.

 

We advise all Athletes, coaches, staff or any other team member who is a part of The Stomping Grounds session's to ensure they have a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect themselves from evacuation and medical costs (if you are injured on the glacier it is highly likely you will be evacuated via helicopter).The Stomping Grounds park and pipe can not be held responsible for any medical evacuation or care costs.

 

CANCELLATION: Full refund will be given if a cancellation is made prior to 1st of September 2026. After this date and before the 20th of September 2025, half of the session price will be refunded. If cancelled on or after the 20th of September 2026, no refunds will be issued. Prior to the start of your session you can transfer the booking to another athlete should you be unable to attend. Each cancellation will be assessed individually; medical or other valid reasons may be an exception.

 

 Once invoices are issued, your booking is confirmed.
