Terms and Conditions - Saas-Fee Autumn Sessions 2020

  • "Both Sessions" will be 24 days from the 2nd October - 25th October 2020.

  • "Session 1" will be 12 days from the 2nd October - 13th October 2020.

  • "Session 2" will be 12 days from the 14th October - 25th October 2020.

  • The halfpipe and slopestyle park areas will be for the exclusive use of our participants throughout all sessions.

  • Payment must be made in full 14 days prior to the first day of the sessions. Lift access and park/pipe access armbands will not be available until proof of payment has been received.

  • Athletes, coaches, media and other support staff/persons must carry park access armband at all times.

  • Stomping Grounds Projects cannot be held responsible for weather, snow conditions or any other external factors affecting the ability to ride.


All invoices are in Australian dollars based on the exchange rate on the day of invoice.

IMPORTANT (COVID-19): We will not be confirming the sessions in Saas-Fee until September 1st 2020. The decision will be made based on current public health and safety guidelines and international border closures/restrictions at this time. 


The Stomping Grounds cannot be held responsible for trip cancellation or public health and safety guidelines in relation to COVID-19 affecting the ability to ski/snowboard in Saas-Fee or enter Switzerland from time of booking to the last day of the sessions (October 2nd - October 25th).


We advise against booking airfares, accommodation or any other travel arrangements prior to September 1st unless they are fully refundable - we cannot be held responsible for trip cancellations or restrictions that occur as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 situation for the duration of the sessions. 


Upon confirmation of the sessions on September 1st 2020, we will issue invoices for the full amount to be paid by September 15th 2020. Once invoices are issued, your booking is confirmed and the below COVID-19 cancellation will come into effect:


*In the event that any COVID-19 restrictions are implemented by either Switzerland/global health authorities from September 1st through to October 2nd, we will refund 50% of the park access fee plus the value of the lift pass. This includes any restrictions that affect the ability to enter Switzerland or public health measures that impact on the ability of Saas-Fee to operate their lifts and therefore affect the ability to ski/snowboard in Saas-Fee (these may be put in place by Switzerland or another global authority from September 1st through October 2nd).

If we operate as normal and there is no reason for caution in regards to COVID-19 restrictions, the cancellation policy below will apply from 1st September 2020.

CANCELLATION: Full refund will be given if a cancellation is made prior to 15th of September. After this date and before the 25th of September 2020, half of the session price will be refunded. If cancelled on or after the 25th of September 2020, no refunds will be issued. Prior to start of your session you can transfer the booking to another athlete should you be unable to attend. Each cancellation will be assessed individually; medical or other valid reasons may be an exception.
